Trench Cutting
Saw
cutting can be done through concrete floors to provide access
below for plumbing and electrical trenches or repairs in warehouses,
offices, commercial buildings, etc. This type of cutting is dust
free by using water on the blade to keep it cool and can be accomplished
with electric, gas or diesel saws depending on the ventilation
and areas to be worked in. Saw cutting the concrete floor into
pieces for removal is quick and effective. To

Asphalt
and Road Cutting
Saw cutting roads or
parking lots are essential for repairs to damaged areas or underground utilities.
It is also required for the installation of new sewers, gas lines, fiber optics
lines, etc. Streets of asphalt or concrete can easily be saw cut providing quick
and effective access below, thus eliminating damaging, time consuming and expensive
hammering and breaking equipment prior to excavation.

Floor
Sawing
Control joints
are necessary to control the cracking of freshly poured concrete slabs due to the
expansion and contraction of the concrete during the curing process. Decorative cuts
are often used for a tile or patterned look.

Wall
Sawing
Saw cutting
of concrete walls is essential when openings are required without
damaging the structural integrity of the existing concrete
surrounding the opening. Some applications would include an access
door through a concrete wall to new additions, new or enlarged
basement window openings. Structures such as commercial walls,
elevator shafts or even bank vaults can be carefully broken down
into pieces for effective removal by a forklift or crane. Click here to view movie.

Wire Sawing and Circular Wire
Sawing
Wire sawing
is a reasonably quiet and non-destructive method used for cutting
and separating concrete structures. This is achieved by wrapping a
diamond-studded wire around the item to be cut and, with the proper
equipment, the wire is made to continuously travel around the item.
Wire sawing is beneficial and efficient when the thickness of the
concrete is greater than what conventional saws can attain or when
access to the work area is limited. Wire saw cutting is primarily
used in plants and mines during modifications. The size we can
circular wire saw up to, is 8 feet diameter by 32 inches deep. Click

Core Drilling
Core drilling
is an effective, quiet and non-destructive method used when creating
a round hole through a concrete wall or floor. Coring is used for
plumbing or electrical lines, water drain holes in retaining walls,
fireplace vents or when linking large diameter water lines at water
treatment plants are required. Core Drilling is an essential service
that we offer with hole sizes ranging from less than 12mm or ½" up
to 30" or larger and at any depth. Click here

Concrete
Removal and Repair
Cutting
a concrete slab or floor into pieces for removal or repair is
easily done with concrete cutting saw. The thickness of the concrete
determines the size of pieces to be saw cut. This allows for quick
and effective removal of the concrete slab while reducing the
amount of damage to the existing base. This method of removal
provides for a quicker base preparation prior to pouring concrete
for the new floor, driveway or pad. To

Excavation
Our
miniature track hoe can sneak thru small doors and tight areas
for excavating plumbing or electrical trenches. This cost effective
method speeds up efficiency and eliminates the back breaking hand
digging for the contractor and the crew. When larger jobs require
deeper digging or trenching, our larger rubber track hoe can be
used to excavate or break up concrete areas with its concrete
breaker prior to removal and cleanup. To

Picker
Truck
Champion
Concrete's remote wired picker is beneficial in removing the cut
out section or pieces of concrete from openings in walls and slabs
right into the dump box located on the same unit. Increased efficiency
and speedy removal reduces labor and removal costs. The time and
money saved over conventional methods of removal are astounding.
Depending on the size of opening and thickness of concrete, the
concrete from the openings can be cut into manageable pieces.
